Our story
Layr Eight (pronounced “Layer Eight”) was founded in 2024 with one simple belief: technology should make life easier, not harder.
The name comes from the OSI model, which defines seven technical layers. The so-called “eighth layer” is a nod to the people who use the product in the end.
Today, we work with startups, mid-sized companies, and sometimes even larger players. What they all have in common: they’re looking for a team that brings passion, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose to every project. We design digital products that not only work well, but feel right to the people who use them.
